yeah theres some disadvantages...but an adjustment up or down isnt much. I range out trees to 20, 30, 40 yds..I usually have it set at 20 and move the pin up if I have to.

Forget 70 yds. Even if you can accurately shoot, this gives the deer too much time to react should they be alerted by your shot going off. (Jumping the string) For ethical hunting, stay in a range where you can nail that bullseye every time but also consider the time for the deer to react and move after you release the arrow. 30 yds is even pushing the limit with a bow for many.

Yup...I prefer 30yds or under..
