Call up Trophy Ridge and talk to their customer service department. I has a small problem with my Nitro. They were VERY nice on the phone and extremely helpful. They had a new part to me in no time at all.

I had a problem with floating as well, until I called Trophy Ridge. They send me (overnight) replacement alan head screws that I was able to tighten. No more floating! I broke off my plastic 20 & 30 yard pins last year tracking a buck through the brush. I bought the steel pin replacement kit from Trophy ridge and haven' t had any problems since!
This was a Brand new sight when I got it, and didn' t have too much of problem having to treak it a little. I' ve got all the bugs worked out of it now and I love the sight!

Thanks guys, I haven' t contacted them yet. I' ll most likely have to send it back for repair. If it had steel pins and didn' t drift I wouldn' t have that much of a problem with it.
I ordered the new " Lethal weapon 2" sight from Sureloc. Randy Ulmer said in a review that he thought it may be the best sight ever built. I was split between that one and the spot hogg. They are both micro adjustable and made to take a beating, We' ll see. If I can get my matrix fixed I' ll put it on my FX that I use as a back up. good luck this year Jim
