I told my current wife that I was big into hunting when we first met and it was not going to change, just ask my ex. Hunting before sex!!! I can get sex anywhere, anytime. She starts complaining about me getting stuff and now that it is hunting sesaon beginning, I just tell her to go to her girlfriends house and I will get back hold of her bout end of Jan when everything is over. And yes, she plays for both teams!!!

No real complaints. Sometimes she wants me to do something for her birthday but hunting gets in the way. She shouldn't have been born in late October.

In the beginning my wife used to complain about me going hunting all time. Now she does not mind, her only complaint now is that I am tired all the time.

All and all she is very supportive. I guess I am one of the lucky ones!

I'll ditto Razor's experience and luck. Early on she'd say things like: "you went hunting last Saturday, do you need to go again so soon?"
But she adapted and is very supportive (42 yrs of marriage). My (hooked-on-fishing) brother said to her after I killed a very nice buck several years ago: I guess he won't hunt so much now; and she replied - if you caught a big bass would you stop fishing? lol
