Default muzzy question

i got my bow tuned and shooting real good i put my muzzy broadheads on with pratice blades i got them shooting real good to.but the question is when i slide my hunting blades in the night before and when i shoot a deer the broadhead will fly the same as the broadhead with pratice blades. guys tell me not to worry about them the hunting blades are a little bigger than the pratice blades but people tell me they will fly the same. just wondering i think they will fly the same but just seeing who has had muzzys before.

go deep hunt hard.

I " sacrificed" two real sets of blades once and tried them on a target. With my drop away, they were dead on like I expected.

When I used muzzys they flew the same. I always tried each arrow/head combo with the practice blades and then number in order of flight if necessary.

95 out of 100 times they will fly the same, they always have for me, but that doesn' t mean you won' t be one of the 5 that they don' t. Take one set of sharp blade to make sure. just rotate the blades to each head and make sure they fly the same, that way you won' t have to " wonder" .

Do what 5 Shot says...In the long run you will have more confidence knowing for certain that your arrows are flying true. I always make up three arrows with the regular blades and shoot them for practice prior to the season.

I do what 5 shot has suggested. I' ve found that they fly " pretty much" the same, but not every one every time. I continue to match broadheads to the arrows and shoot them with the sharp blades to see how each one shoots. When I get good results, I replace the blades and put them in my quiver (after another spin test of course).

Ditto on 5 Shots advice.
You also can sometimes experience apoor arrow flight if your shooting form is flawed.
I also like to # the vanes on my arrows according to which ones spin and fly the truest.
I have had arrow flight with the muzzy 4 blade 100 grain practice heads that matches my arrow flight with the heads with the hunting blades.
With MUZZY BROADHEADS its all been good for me

I am 1 out of the 5. I have always used Rocket Sidewinders and wanted to try Muzzy' s to see how they are this year. I started shooting the practice head and wasn' t completed satisfied w/ flight and where it was hitting.

I have tuned my bow and spun the arrows etc. I hated to adjust my set-up. Just for the heck of it - I shot a few shots w/ the real blades and was zipping them in there.

Not sure why - but my practice broadhead from muzzy just doesn' t fly great. I now practice w/ a real broadhead and will just replace the blades for hunting.
