i was wondering if any of you guys know if it is safe to shoot the new highcountry speed pro 5.5 gr per inch arrows in a regular carbon 4 runner extreme i really like these arrows they give me about 10 to 15 feet per second faster but i was wondering about dry firing and being hard on my bow.

I believe the industry standard is 5 grains of arrow for every pound of draw weight. As long as you stay at that weight, or more, you should be safe. That means, if you' re shooting 70 lbs, the minimum safe arrow for your bow must weigh 350 grains.
