Thanks everyone for your honest inputs it has helped alot. I do have a local shop here that leans more towards the archer than the bb shooter. Myself I was raised around guns and relatively comfortable with whatever I put in my hands thats why I decided to dust off my family's recurve and start enjoying another realm. I will update my findings a little later and share what I discover to see if I am on course or need to do some tweeking. If anyone is in the Central to eastern side of NC drop me a line maybe we can get together.

yes those were the ones showing up in my area thats part of the reason I wanted to reach out and get some answers before jumping into anythiing...and you guys have prevented a hard fall. going to shop around 1st.

i have had hoyt, mathews, pse and know i currently have a bowtech and ill tell you what go with bowtech you get what you pay for and theyre lightweight powerfull and very universal trust me you wont go wrong with a bowtech
