Yes, the 1 buck rule is still in place and has led to a lot of big bucks in the woods. If I remember correctly, KY has trailed only Illinois the last 3-4 years in number of record book bucks taken. Check out americanhunter.com this season and notice all the big bucks from KY. I know there were a ton on there last year.

ShadowAce, I work in Louisville and a couple guys that hunt in KY told me that
starting next year the DNR is only going to allow antlerless deer to be taken for
the next 4 or 5 years. Is this true? Sounds crazy to me. I think they have
got ahold of a bad rumor.[:' (]
