Has anyone used this before. I was thinking about getting some. On the box it say lumination lasts on ly 8-12 hours and that it is for one time use only. So does that mean you have to use the whole bottle at once and cant save the left overs for next hunt? Any help would be appreciated.

ARBH is correct, it is not worth the bottle it sits in. Biggest rip-off product on the market. The stuff lights up everything it touches, creates a bright, neon carpet whereever it is sprayed.
I have heard that peroxide in a spray bottle is a much cheaper and more effective solution to use, it makes the blood foam up.
