Took my 8yr old daughter out to our 2 man ladder stand last night on her 1st hunt. She was very excited to go. But had a hard time sitting still. Then about half hr before sunset we saw 5 does within 20 yds of us and she managed to sit still for that time so we didn't get busted. She was a little disappointed I didn't shoot one...lol. thats cuz i was waiting for a buck. I think she may be my next hunting partner!!!

I tried to be patient with my daughter but one time claimed if she had two sponges she could sound like a one man band.
Turned out we had much success over the years together.
