My 2012 Halloween buck!
Here he is guys.. Yesterday started off very slow. I did not see much. I set up yesterday evening in an area where i have been watching several nice bucks. I had Real Scent™ Pure heat on some scent wicks over a trail 15 yards from my stand. At 6pm i let out a few doe bleats and 5 minutes later he came in nose up, lip curling to my set up. I put a good shot on him that at first i thought was a little high so i decided to wait until this morning to track him. He ended up only going about 80 yards and piled up. Even though i have been seeing some bigger ones and passed on even a bigger one first day, i have always wanted to shoot a buck on Halloween plus this buck is one i said i would shoot because his rack is pretty perfect and his body was huge. Solid 3.5 yr old. He gross scored 123.25. I couldn't be more happy
