Default still hunt buck

got in the woods today around 3:30, by 5 i had already passed on 4 bucks. a heavy 4 pt, 2 small 6's, and a spike. The rut seems to be full blown here right now. I got out of my stand at 5 since it was raining and i thought it would be a good time for spot and stalk or still hunting. I was still hunting along a thick patch of pines about 100 yards from my stand. I saw a 6 point walking around smelling for does. I ended up closing the distance to 20 yards. At that point i had set up behind a fallen tree. I was about to take the shot but he walked in even closer. 10 yards away from me he was eating acorns and shrubs. He gave me the perfect broadside shot and i took it. Piled up 60 yards away. This is my 3rd still hunt bow buck. My dad has taught me well. I love taking them off the ground. Not very big but still its a buck.

Nice. Any deer from the ground at that range is an accomplishment.
