My first Robinhood!
#1

So i' m shooting a couple days ago. Throwing some good groups (grazed other arrows a couple times). After retrieving arrows, i returned to my 25 yard station. The first arrow was right on the edge of the bull. When i shot the next arrow it hit the first. I thought to myself " Wow I hit that one good..." . I didn' t even know that i shafted it, so I kept on shooting. I walked up to the target and to my amazement there she be! I' ve never done this before, so instead of being t' d off that I ruined an arrow, I was jumping up and down, hooting and hollering like a I just won a million bucks or shot a massive 12 pointer. Those arrows will have their own special place on my trophy wall as well as my mind! Add another one to the hunting story archive!
How many other people have done this?

Congratulations on your first....To be honest, I' ve never shafted my own arrows...I' ve taken off nocks, I' ve sheared fletch, creased arrows and more but never shafted my own....
I have however shafted others arrows while aiming for them in a 3D tournament....I love it but it kinda po' s the owner of the arrow I shafted...lol.. cause I figured they were shooting their " best" arrow..

My first outdoor robinhood, first robinhood in 12 years.
The outer 4 arrows are Magnus 100gr Stinger broadhead equipped arrows. The robin hood is a field tip into the broadhead arrow to make sure they were hitting to the same point of impact. I guess they are [8D]
The best part is....it was at 40 YARDS!!! I' ve never shot like this in my life. I am stoked.
The only disapointment is that the outer four are hitting a touch low..
This was the first time this batch of six GoldTip 5575' s had been fired. I had just screwed on and spun tested this bunch.

Congratulations on your RH.
A neighbor or mine came over and helped me out of an arrow the other day. He was shooting back and forth between two of my bows to see what ATA he preferred. Fifth shot with my mighty mite and he robin hoods one of my new arrows[
].
I told him that it was just plain rude to come over and robin hood an arrow with my new bow before I had, some people
..
That was the starw that broke the camels back, I was on the phone the next day ordering another dozen[:' (].

It' s nice to hear others with Wisker Biscuits are shafting arrows too! Yet more proof this is a consistant, care-free rest! I will post a picture soon as soon as the film gets developed.

I didn' t robin hood it, but today I sliced one of my Fletches off and cut my nok. I think it also bent the front of the arrow that did the cutting when it hit the noc of the first. Pissed me off. I' m way to damned cheap to get excited about doing something that is gonna cost me money.
