Fresh venison loin dinner

One of the best ways to have venison loin (to me anyways).1 inch thick cut steaks;seasoned with Adobo, fresh garlic salt and pepper and then wrapped in bacon.Cook on the grill until medium rare, remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes then dig in.

Seasoned and ready for the grill

Off the grill and resting

To the plate and ready to be devoured

Dammm that looks delicious . Pair it with a nice ice cold amber ale .

Yep I believe it's time for me to light the grill. And ice down some beverages this weekend :)

Looks similar to my dinner last night - steaks seasoned with chipolte, stuffed with jalapenos and cream cheese, wrapped in maple bacon.

135+/- degrees inside temp...it will look raw and uncooked, but it is done. taste best that way..if the whole thing is brown, it will be tough and way overcooked.

Man those look good. I try and stay away from deer steaks because I always tend to over cook them.
