Default Is there no end

I had a cracked bottom limb on a on a nine month old pse nova one cam when I called pse about it they said ship it to them and they would repair it no charge. So I sand it in and got it back this evening They had swapped riser & cam' s well and limbs, every thing was new but the cable guard and string, why would they do this after all, all they had to do was replace the limb?
I put sight' s & arrow rest back on it set down the pound' s on it and shot it some and the thing kicked like a mule there was so much vibration in it was pitaful and it throw the arrows to the left a bout 7 inches at 20 yards I thought it had something to do with the grip because it seemed thicker on the new bow,
BUT I got a looking it over better and the top limb looks higher on one side, and on top of that the Idler wheel looks like it lens like a one lagged man in a wind storm without a cane...
Well I' ll put it this way if you looked down the limb the wheel looks like it' s turned to one side and if you looked down one top of the bow it looks like it' s kind a turned & lining to one side.
Just saying I in between a rock and a hard place because there' s NO WAY IN HELL I' m going send it back out there and pay shipping and handling again so THEY can cobble it up again..[:@] So what would you guy' s do?

That is just plain pitiful. I be on the horn giving them an earful. I mean hunting season is just around the corner and then to have to deal with piss poor service like that.

I would tell them to give their fedex or other carrier account number so you can send it back to them, or give them the altimatum of letting you take to the dealer you got it from and exchange it for a new one and them sort it out, after all they pretty much sent you know bow anyway. Maybe this time they will send one worthy of shooting. I would do what ever I had to to get my bow back in my hands ASAP.

Good Luck

Arthur might be onto something. PSE is a big company. There is definitely the possiblity that they sent you the wrong bow. I would call and explain the situation. If you have a reputable PSE dealer in the area then PSE might just send the parts to them and let them work on the bow for you.

I know this is probably stupid and a BIG no-no... But, I didn' t pay attention to warranty info when I bought my bow (PSE Whitetail Extreme) and don' t how long I' m covered for. Am I covered by virtue of owning the bow or do I have to register or something like that?

I don' t know what PSE' s warranty requirements are, but with Hoyt you have to register and send a copy of the dated sales reciept if you send a bow back for warranty work. I would imagine PSE is similar. You can probably get the details on their website.

one of my buddies had a high country bow and one of the limbs cracked, he took it back to the shop he purchased it from and they contacted high country, the represenitive told the archery shop manager to set him up a new bow so he could hunt on opening day, and to go ahead and ship the bow back to them the next day.

needless to say, my buddy who' s limb cracked 3 days before season got to hunt on opening day.

I was going to say something about sending a different riser but it tuck them 6 days to get it shipped back here and there' s really no telling where my old riser is and the bow they sent me was a new bow just had my strings cable guard on it and I like on this bow that it' s got metal limb pocket' s then the plastic one' s the old one had so I thought I might have gotten a better dill out of it ?

I called them Friday and told them that the bow they had just sent me back had a warped upper limb and it had the idler wheel lining at about 7 degrees and they acted like they didn' t believe me , First thing they ask was if the box was damaged I said NO, Then they said that' s hard to believe they usually check out the bows real good before they send them off I told them they must have really!!! over!!! look!!! this!!! one!!! because the idler wheel is really lining!!! bad!!!
Then they ask if I had a cable guard on the bow ??? and I said YES, then they said that is strange that it was shipped out like that and that they would put a recall on the bow and have it shipped back to them and they would look at it and see if they was anything they could do about it...

they said it would be today or tomorrow before UPS gets here to pick it up [:' (] and our season start' s in fifteen days and when I shipped it to them the first time it tuck sixteen days to get it back here [:' (]

All I can say I they don' t do anything about it it' s going back again cause I' m going to bring it back to them and shove it up side ways where they don' t wont it [>:]
