RE: Is there no end

I think I would take it to a dealer and see what they say. It may be something easy to remedy without having to be without it for awhile. I' m not that surprised by PSE' s attitude. Some manufacturers get such an attitude occasionally.

I had a Browning Maxim that was the best finger shooting bow I ever shot. Fast (560 grain arrow at 230 fps) for what it was, and very accurate and forgiving. But, the darn thing would crack a limb about every 6 months to a year. I kept sending it back, they kept fixing it. But one year, they told me that the camo pattern for that bow was no longer available. They said they' d fix it, but the new limbs would have an Advantage (green leafy) type camo on them, instead of the original Mossy Oak. I said fine, just refinish the entire bow. They refused. I was extremely hot about it and finally went to the dealer where I bought the bow. The dealer called them, and reminded them just how many bows and guns that he bought from them each year. In about a week, my newly refinished bow, with it' s new limbs, were on my door. Sometimes it just takes a little monetary reminder to straighten some folks out.

I' d send them a very " nice" email and link your post. PSE is a big company and word of mouth means alot in today' s market. I bet they' ll treat you right once they see what effect your post & the replies have.
