Rage 40KE's or Fixed Blades?
My wife is going out for her first archery deer this year. She's shooting a Mathews Jewel at 46lbs, 357grn GT XT Hunters at 216fps, for just about 37ftlbs KE.
It's been a long time since I played the low KE game, so I'm looking for a low KE option for broadheads?
I've been considering NAP blood runners, Rage 40KE 2 blades, (somewhat considering standard Rage 2 blades), or 2 or 4 blade Stingers.
Supposedly the Rage 40KE's out penetrate fixed 2 blades, but I'm still on the fence. I'm pushing over 80ft.lbs. with my bow, so I'm just not in the mix on low energy heads?
