You do what you can, if that' s all the time that you' ve got to shoot due to limitations, then so be it. As someone else said on a previous post, just because you don' t practice as much as others doesn' t mean your not as fanatical about hunting.
But you should be comfortable with your abilities before you head out to fling arrows at real deer and not foam targets, irregardless if you' ve been shooting year round or just two weeks.
I usually shoot about 8 months out of the year: I' ve been taking my bow out for turkeys so I find myself flinging arrows in the spring. After that I usually start preparing for bow season in July. I just put up my lock-on stand in the back yard yesterday and will start shooting out of it almost exclusively until the season opens here on Oct. 13. I have been shooting my practice broadheads now for about two weeks.
I am juiced for the season...............

I' ve been shooting off and on since mid-March, but that' s only because I bought a new bow and wanted plenty of time to get used to it.
Normally my practice for hunting season begins in July and is geared toward conditioning rather than accuracy at first. I shoot alot of arrows in those early sessions. Then about Aug 15th or about a month before the season, I shoot 15-20 arrows 3-5 days a week until the opener. I' m pretty much ready to go now, but I' ll continue practice this week. September 13th is the opener and it' s coming fast.
