Fully developed? Probably mid to late July. But you don't need to wait until then, it's fun to watch them develop through out the summer. I run my cams year-round. You just never know what you might see.

I always put my cameras out around April 1st. Fun to watch them develope. They rally start to get interesting around the end of May an you know what you are going to have by end of July.

You can start to get inside widths on deer anytime now. We have one buck that is already as wide as his ears and starting to curl back in now. It's tough running cameras all summer, it makes the fall seem sooooo much farther away when you start to see a good buck on there!

I'd say by Mid July you pretty much know the size of what a buck might be, from that point on i'd say it might only add a few more inches.
