I' m trying it this season. David Hale spoke at the BPS in Nashville at the classic and said they have products to use and products to sell and that the dust was definetly one that we should be using. It was formulated by farmers to take the smell out of chicken scat and if it will absorb that odor it has to be very powerful. Don' t know if it will work or not but I' ve wasted much more than $10 on frivilous items

I used the idea to make a " generic" one for myself. I take an old sock and fill it with baking soda. Then I just pat myself down with it and I' m covered witha fine layer of it.

Seems to work and it' s only 99 cents.

i think solax has the right idea , i think stealth dust is a fancy, marketing name for baking soda , arm & hammer or store brand generic is about 79 cents for a small box and everyone has a single sock laying around , save yourself 10 bucks!

We took a piece of Mossy Oak Break-Up knit type material and made a small camo sock and filled it with baking soda and tied it with a string. Works great and it' s camo.

Not to stir dissention but I have to disagree with the baking soda theory[&o] I opened my dust the other day to put into the sock and I can tell you that it has something more potent than baking soda in it. It will dry out your skin. No more than I handled it my hands were very dry. I don' t know the chemical composition but I' ve never seen any baking soda that potent?

brucelit- I agree 100%. It is for sure not just baking soda. This is the major complaint that I have against the stealth dust is that it dries out my hands in a hurry!!!
