I have a brand new lease and I' m the sole hunter on a half section of rugged timber. I need a topomap but don' t know where to find one on the web. Can several of you please help me. Thanks in advance.

Realtree.com has hunting maps you can look at and purchase it you would like. They have both aerial and topo. good luck

How do you get aerial photos from mapquest? I' ve tried and must be stupid or something...???? All I ever see is info for maps.
I use terraserver also, but the photos are old...I' m trying to find something with newer ones. Thanks

WV - when you get a map of the area you want, there is a tab above it that says aerial photo. This will give you the photo you need.

I have found these photos to be the most up to date that I have found - unless they all uptaded just recently. But for my areas they are just a year or two old

Thanks Rack....and now I figured out why I' m so stupid...

No tab comes up for my areas. They don' t have aerial photos of the spots I' m looking for through mapquest. I looked at some other areas and the tab is there, and you can pull them up.

However...I went directly to the aerial photo website itself, and I found it!

Forgot to mention...they are ' 96 photo' s but hey that' s better than I' ve found so far! All the others were ' 93. I sure wish I could get some real new ones...alot has changed at both our places in the last few years, and if would be real nice to have.

96 is what I have found on other sites. For my area (guess I am lucky) they are 2001 photos
