Default How to make a bracket for tree stand hanging

Does anyone have an idea how to make brackets for tree stands? To hang many brackets and use only a few stands. I see alot of people use a big heavy eye hook but dont get how they hang it unless they made their own stands too.. I have seen a few in the woods where there is a cable goes around the tree with 2 styrofoam balls threaded on the cable to keep cable away from tree.. any ideas please??
Thank you

Thank you Bigbulls. not too expensive not like that "tree stand buddy" for $80.00 you could just buy another stand for that price!

LI

I think what you are talking about is a Chippewa wedge lock stand. There is also the Millenium stand that uses brackets, great stand.

Just out of curiosity - have you ever considered buying a climbing tree stand?
One stand anywhere you want. Just a thought.

Thank you VW I have seen the Millenium stands but not the Cheppawa stand will check them out!
Bronko I do have a lone wolf hand climber I use for bouncing around when things get slow. I do like the stand alot. only prob is the seat. I just dont like how the seat cant be folded up with out turning it around and sliding it down the tree to rest on the platform when standing up.
