Default Looking for a good arrow rest

I currently have a cheap arrow rest on a bow i bought as a package. I was thinking up updating some of my components. Being new, i am not sure what to get. I am looking for ideas and bits of info i should consider.

Can anyone tell me what their favorites are as far as arrow rests? Also, i am going to be considering new sights possibly. Looking for ideas there as well.

Current bow; Darton Striker, 68# draw, 29.5" draw length, shooting Whitetail carbon arrows.

Whisker Buscuit. If you are new go with this and you will take one problem out of your hunting. Haveing an arrow fall of the rest. I have never had a problem with mine and neither has anyone else that I know.

My vote goes to the Muzzy Zero Effect rest and to Impact Archery line of sights...specifically the Cosmic and the Solo Plus.

Another vote for the MZE. For sight, any in the $50 - $100 will do. heard good things about the Spot-Hogg.
