How old is your bow?

A new bow rig each season is a large part of the excitement for me every year. However, I realize that I probably shoot a LOT more than the average guy that just blows the dust off his bow about a week before his season starts. LOL!

I have an 08 Diamond Marquis that I love, I have thought about switching to the Bowtech Destroyer 350 but my local archery shop had a falling out with Bowtech and no longer carries their product line, now my options are hoyt, mathews, martin, and g5 bows....none of which I am really interested in right now, so I have just been hanging on to the old Diamond.

Just had my 2004 Mathews Legacy restrung, bought it used in 2006. Maybe I'll buy a two year old bow next year, but the current one has done everything I have asked of it. I'm headed out of state soon on an archery elk hunt (thus put a new string on earlier this year). A friend loaned me his Bowtech General as a back up bow to take along. I've shot it, sure is dead in the hand, so might look at a used one for my next bow. Probably try to shoot many models before deciding.

Just traded off my Mathews Q2 and a NIB Parker Pioneer XP for a Mathews Drenalin last week. I had the Q2 for 9yrs. Its been to Africa, Canada and half the US for various critters. Too many taken to count or want to dress out again!!!

Mathews sbxt 06...Still shooting great!! I shoot the new bows every year but all I see different is a few more fps and a lot more $$$$. I shoot this bow almost every day and have had zero problems with it, may be a while before next bow, if ever!
