Default Illegal in Alabama

A couple of years ago I picked up some magnus stinger buzzcut broadheads from Academy. I have hunted with them for several years, but have yet to shoot a deer with them. I went to my local archery pro shop and asked if they sell magnus stinger buzzcuts. He said no because they are illegal to shoot in Alabama. When I got home I looked it up in the current rulebook and it says using serated blades for bowhunting is prohibited. Last year I used them at a week long bow hunt at Mud Creek a wildlife reserve. Where the game wardens were crawling everywhere, but I'm glad I didn't get that huge ticket. But in the state of Alabama it is legal to sell these broadhead, but is illegal to shoot them. Now I switched to the regular magnus stinger. So if you hunt in Alabama don't get caught using these broadheads or you will get a big fine.
