Venison bacon recipe

I ran across this on centralwisconsinsports.net and thought it looked like a winner... I know it's not directly related to bow hunting, but wanted to share it.

Its sounds yummy. I'm always looking for different venison ideas. I guess the key to making this would be getting the bacon spices.
