nice friken buck fer a 1st bow kill...congrats...it looks good high up like that, and the head turn, dead on.

The more I look at it, the more I love it! When I shot him he was standing exactly like that. I really hope he passed on his genetics. I've never seen a deer with this much mass around our area. His bases were 5.5" and his smallest mass measurement was 4.5"!

with that head turn it's just all about where you hang it now. I have a pose like that and found it has to be in the right spot on the wall where the traffic shows it off best. In a corner looking out for example.

Great job by the way. Your first! Wow. Big shoes to fill now.......

Awesome, good looking buck, and nice mount. It'll look great once gets the finishing work done on your wall. Are you going w/ a panel on back? Being a bow buck I'd consider a arrow head shaped panel. Just something to think about.
