WOODSNWATER MAGAZINE WRITES: "Since there was an unprecedented virtual tie between contestants Kristi and Cristen we are going to have a run-off competition. I will set up a new poll with just those two contestants and monitor IP addresses, allowing only 1 vote per hour per IP address to ensure fairness and equality. The run-off will end tomorrow at 5:00 and will determine the overall winner of the contest."
