After gutting my deer and my hands covered in blood cleaning my knife was last on my list. With running to the butcher to the taxidermist and back twice I forgot to clean the blood off.

I soaked it in some light bleach water and cleaned it today 4 days later and there are some rust spots were the blood sat, I guess from the blood, what is the best way to remove it and is gun oil ok to lube it so it does not get worst?
