this is not trying to get people to come thats why i am going to say what outfitter i work for. but just letting people know how good deer are moving in central ks. but we have 7 hunters in camp so far we have had 2 guys tag out one a 142" 9 point and a 135 10 point one guy shot 140" 10 point but we haven't found it yet. and one missed a 145" 8 point and it all happened before 8 am this morning. then i video tapped a 150 8 point chasing a doe while driving around another hunter watched a 180 walk across a field in front of him out of bow range we about hit another 150 8 point that we call spilt brows since he has to split brows. then some skin heads and a guy had a 5 1/2 year old 7 point come in but didn't shoot and he had a 170" 12 point just out of bow range. had to leave camp this evening since i gotta work the next two days at my other job but will be back out there friday-sunday and see what all other deer we have on the ground i will post pics after camp is over with all the deer that has been taken.

sounds like a lot of action! I've always thought doing an outfitting business would be an awesome gig, fiscally and for enjoyment on my part seeing other people fulfill their dream of taking a trophy(especially due to the location ive been blessed to hunt) but..i think id need quite a bit more acreage and leases ;p anywho, sounds awesome man keep us updated with pics n such!

yea its the best job you can have i love being in camp each year. the guy that killed the 10 that we found was his biggest deer to date with a bow for him so that was awesome. i will post pics after camp is over and hopefully everybody tags out last year we had 5 outta 7 guys tag out and the 2 that didn't tag out one passed on a 150 and his dad passed on a 160 why i have no idea but it was there hunt and there choice.

lol hey, i guess if they're willing to pass in hopes of getting something bigger then it's their call. Hope they dont regret it. For me, I find almost as much enjoyment as seeing the big guys and filming them. neat experiences and memories. anyways, lookin forward to the pics!

alright got back last night from camp had to leave a day early but as of last night through out the whole camp our hunters have takin a 142" 9 pointer,130" 10 pointer, never did find a 140" 10 pointer that was shot, 145 10 pointer, 164" 11 pointer, and a guy missed a 150" 8 pointer, and a guy had a 180" 10 pointer with about a 7 inch drop tine off the left side at six yards that came in behind him and never did give him a good shot. not to bad of a camp this year.
