if you guys think 6000 is bad theres a guy selling... or trying to sell around 150 acres out near dodgeville/spring green area in wisconsin for 4 million... and if i'm not mistaken thats about $35,000 an acre....



i doubt he will sell the land, but even for thinking about that price... holy cow!

6 grand is pretty damn expensive, i'm in buffalo county and land isn't going for quite that. i guess with deer like that somebody'll buy... hell of a buck.

LOL. Everything's relative. Here in Loudoun County, land is closer to $100,000 per acre!

I'm from Stevens Point, go to school here, and work out in Iola. Lotsa big bucks comin' outta Central Wisconsin this year. Might as well rename this the Portage County thread!
