Default Going Bowhunting for the first time. :)

Hello everyone, well after many hours of practicing and getting ready i'm finally going bowhunting! I started in like 2008 but i was a terrible shot. Then I practiced a little during the summer for 2009 but i still wasn't very good and then I broke my Collar bone so I wasn't even able to practice for the rest of that year. Now finally in 2010 I started practicing in August and i'm finally ready and will be in the woods by Saturday.

I had ton's of trouble with fletching's falling off and that was a major setback and only about 1 month ago was I able to actually practice and not have to worry about any bow problems.

Wish me luck guys!

When that first deer comes in and you draw on it your arrow will jump or wiggle some, dont worry thats a natural occurance. hehe

Good Luck Brother. Take a deep breath before you shoot, relax those muscles, and follow through with the shot. And dont' forget that any deer with a bow is a trophy. Big or small, whack em all. My first was a big bodied 7 pt, but id would have been just as happy with a 60 lb fawn.
