where I am at it's sometime 90 degrees during bow season, deer still on summer feeding pattern
BUT, if your season is just now starting, the bucks have broken up and started pre-rut rituals, I would no go rack hunting till just after a front moves through, but the does will still feed just as normal if you just lookin for meat.

Warm weather hunting is fine if you don't mind the bugs. Who ever said big bucks dont come out is full of B.S. Hunt by your water source if it's warm. I personally am not going out because the crappie fishing is way to good right now. If the crappies weren't flopping in the boat, I would sit with the bugs. Got to love this time of year!!!

I've hunted in very warm weather a lot in the past. These days, I can be a little more selective about when to go out and I'll wait until it's a bit cooler. Today, it's 85 here and I saw a huge buck in a fresh cut corn field Sat evening. I'm not going after him tonight. I know he's out there, but I doubt he'll move much before dark today. That's been my experience in the past. It was a lot cooler Saturday

there have been several monsters...grossing over 200 in illinois (pike county in this instance) where they were shot in the middle of the day in plus 70 degree weather...just this past week a 208 inch was shot at 330 in the afternoon and it was 78 degrees...
IMO...you have to put the time in to get results..
