Just wondering how people did this year for hunting in Wisconsin.

I didnt do great, nor bad I suppose, 2 does with the bow. Didnt get a chance at a "shooter" buck this year. Last year took a nice 11-point, 131 7/8" buck, so this year didnt want to shoot anything much smaller.

Twasrick: I live near Madison, but hunt alot near Menomonie and Tomah. And some hunting near where I live.

I shot a doe in the t-zone hunt. It was to warm on the regular gun season hunt..you had to step on the deer to get them to move!!!

I shot 2 does during bow and i didnt really go out for gun but passed up a real small doe and thats it.

hey Twarnsrick- this year for Bow StuNK!!!! Very Very Very Very Bad. There is so mny people aroung here that didn't even see a deer this gun season. Well i did good.. I stuck at it. shot 3 doe and 1 mounter buck. This is my 2nd yr hunting. Last yr i shot 4 doe. 1 shot 2 does. LOL that was pretty neat. I hunt on farmland My uncle own the prop. Well turkey hunting is comin NOw That IS FUN

I got a nice 9 pointer with a gun. Didnt have a chance at any nice bucks with a bow. O well i got next year.

I got a doe with bow. A nice 10pt 130 3/8 with gun and another doe. Out of our hunting party (5 guys) we got 2 10pts , 2 8pts and a doe.
I hunt near Hortonville , close to the wolf river.

I didn't let an arrow fly this year. I didn't get close enough to any shooter bucks. As for doe, nothing felt like a sure thing. I did pass on 24 diffrent bucks during gun season and ended up shooting a doe. Next year will be better. I hunt near Iola.
