Yes sir, its not as fast as other bow's but obviously it'll get the job done,thats all ill need.. My uncle gave it to me I really like it all it needs is a new string and better sight's and I wouldnt have any complaint's with it

Congrats on your first bow kill..!! The rush of excitement and all I can still remember my first deer killed with a bow. I shot my very first turkey ever opening day up here this past Thursday. I did that with my bow and the feeling remains the same.. Again Congrats to you!
