Default early season scrapes??

Yesterday I found a spot where 3 points come together where 2 different pine plantations meet. One is pretty thick and the other has a tree about every 40 feet. An old road splits them and I found about 20 fresh scrapes in 300 yards on it. One of the points has scrapes coming up it too. Would you consider this an early season honey hole or are scrapes too unpredictable? Rut usually hits in less than a month from now.
