I have used Primos calls for several years now and love their products and their videos.
Last season, after getting situated in my stand, realized that my " newest" and only " little can" doe bleat was not working. Debris or something in my pack must have gotten into the slide and prevented the call from making a peep. Discouraged and aggrivated I reached in my pack and dug out the Primos Buck-N-Doe tube. I could not get the tube to produce a grunt unless I exhurted so much air pressure that it sounded more like a trumpet than a buck grunt.
The next morning I called Primos and Bubba answered the phone. I quickly explained all that had gone wrong and without hesitation, he said that he would send me a new can and a new gurnt tube. Two days later via Fedex, I had two, little cans and a new grunt/doe bleat.
I must say that I was very very impressed with their customer service and having enough faith in a fellow hunter to send me replacement products without question or hesitation. The only request he made was that I send the defective products back so he could examine them in person.
The can started working " again" shortly there after! Darn the luck.
P.S.
Lil Can tip - I have found that I can acheive a much more realistic doe bleat with much more control by slightly tipping the can to it' s side (approx. 35-40degrees) and blowing into the hole vs simply turning the thing over.

I have a quaker boy doe-in-estrus can and love it...I called in 2 bucks and quite a few does with it this past year. I have heard the primos cans, and they are just about the same thing, just that the the primos can label has a huge NT buck on it
