Exclamation Using my brains , not my back

This afternoon I finaly had a chance to up out stands on a neibors farm for deer hunting ( working 7 days a week , plainly sucks )

As the farm is only 4 miles from my house and a long walk from where I would have to park the truck
I figure it would be easyer to use the 4 wheeler to haul everything in

To haul in the 3 ladder stands
I put them mostly togeather top and 1 section , bottom 2 sections

I them used rachet straped them to my deer cart

I then used a piece of rope to tie the farthest forward ladder section to the hitch of the 4 wheeler
And I put the rest of my gear on the racks

As I passed the acess points to where I wanted stands , I droped off 1 and moved on

When I got to the last spot
I bolted the top and bottom ladder sections togeather , straped the 16" ladder stand back to the deer cart and easly pulled it to where I wanted the stand

I repeated the task 2 more times and trimmed a branch
And was out of the woods in record time
Still early enough to meet the GF for a bite to eat

My inlaws and I hung four stands this past Monday using a borrowed 4 wheeler. I can't believe how much easier it made the job. I also can't believe we've been doing it by hand all these years. Sure made it a much easier day.

Blessings.....Pastorjim
