Default questions about ratchet straps

The only ratchet straps that i can find are blue or red, and i was wondering if the deer can see them? I'm not worried about people seeing them just the deer and i don't really have time to order any cause i will be hanging my stand tomorrow. and i will be using them on the stand and the climbing sticks.

Deer aren't going to notice them. I have had red, yellow and blue straps out and deer never knew they were there.

Regular rachet staps don't work as good as the ones intended for a treestand as well. The length of the strap section between the hook and the rachet are usually too long and you have to wrap them differently. Walmart has some that look good. The ones you buy in an 8 pack are junk (thin) anyway.

WATCH THE CAMO ONES AT WALMART. Las year I used them because I did no care for the stock ones with my double stand. (will replace them on the new ones I buy this year) Over all a great strap and will work, here is the issue the stock straps you get with the stands are short from the hook to the ratchet this allows for easy reaching when you ratchet them down on the stand. The camo and most other of the shelf straps are no.

My dad had a heck of a time getting to the ratchet when we hung the stand.
