Bowhunting florida, so heres the deal
ok so im in the process of immigrating from england to the USA and settling in north east florida in st johns county
i would like to start talking and chatting and hopefully meet some bowhunters in the area in the hope that oneday i will get an oppertunity to hunt with someone
any advice any contact would be great

Mark..I would advise you to visit the South Forum. Also , I 'll try to find it for ya..but there's a real good Pennacola Forum for you northern florida guys..I had alot of invites off that forum
To start off with { As I'm sure you have} you need to get WMA brochures for your surrounding area and learn them and begin scouting..Most guys who live in your area..cross the border and hunt GA.or ALabama. There are many cheaper leases there. If you plan to hunt in FL I notice the leases are very reasonable in that neck of the woods..Try living down in here in central FL..leases are horrible. I hunt 2 different WMA areas..To put meat in the freezer you may need to find a partner..down here in FL everyone I've met will split the meat 50-50 regardless of who shoots it.
