i never broke mine and i might just take the season off, but my buddy here said his was busted, and he was ready to go in 7 weeks, but his went through the skin..so he is thinkin you'll be ok.

reminds me of the time I fractured my left ankle while unloading my 4-wheeler outta the back of my truck one night. 4 wheeler flipped over the top of me and my ankle was the only thing that kept it off my head. Next morning tried to tough it out and hunt but when I finally hobbled to the base of my tree, I couln't climb my sticks.. I ended up leaving the woods in anger and frustration.. talk about a horrible feeling!
I hope like hell you can get out there bud, because I know how terrible it can feel. GL!

i know 2 people that died this same way....so consider it a 2nd chance. hope you figured out a different way to do it. i have seen a 4 wheeler to truck safety kit. was really cheap, considerin!

well i broke my right about 3 years ago about this time of year i said to my bro i was going out and we got out the mid rut and it wasnt pain full but it didnt feel good but you really cant say how long recovery will take it all depends on how well you body recovers itself

i usually recover pretty fast. im feelin alot better. just a week and a half maybe two weeks i should be brand new. weve still got 4-5 weeks until season. im pumped i should be ready. thanks for all the care and concern guys. i really appreciate it. i hope you guys have a great season and go get that biggin this fall!!

When mine broke it was 2 nice jagged breaks in the middle, with a small chunk of loose bone between them. 6-7 weeks and I was out of a sling but it took awhile to work all the soreness out. Don't push yourself too hard. Even if it feels better you might want to consider backing the poundage on your bow down a little bit.
