Do you all fletch your own arrows?

I just recieved my inexpensive Arizona Fletch III today from cabelas..WORKS LIKE A CHARM...including shipping about 30.00 even...I fletched 4 arrows tonight that cost 9.00 a piece..It's already paid for itself..I've eyed balled them up before and they were ok for target practice..but this jig..pretty much perfect.

Yes I sure do as of this year and I wish I would of started a long time ago.
I bought the Bohning fletching jig from Gander Mountain on sale for $29 and I
couldnt be more happy with it. I will post some pics later this evening for the viewing
pleasure.

I'm happy with this one..took about 5-8 minutes to realize I had a part on backwards...I messed up the first fletch..but now..piece of cake.{ -;

It's already paid for itself..I shoot 6075 carbon terminators...9.00 a piece..with my new bow..I'm ripping a few fletches so this is a life saver.

I can't even begin to think how many arrows I've fletched in 54 years of Bowhunting. Had a archery shop for nearly 20 years & fletched about 90% of all arrows sold.
Now, I have several Dz. bare shafts sitting around & several Dz. finished arrows I bought various times on SALE.
When I see shafts OR arrows on SALE that myself or one of my family members can use, I buy them. I've bought bare shafts for as little as $10 dz that are regular $50 or more & finished arrows for as little as $1 each that would normally be $5 to $7 each. I always browse Cabelas, Wally world & bass pro after season..

I'm guessing I have 200-400 nocks, couple thousand 4" vanes & maybe a 100 or 2 of 5" vanes (I think all PSE). I know I have a couple 100 4" feathers also.

I have 2 Mono fletchers (6 at a time) 1 straight & 1 helical I've had since the mid 70s. Yea, a long time. I even have taper tools If I would do some wood shafts.

I really enjoy making them & I refletch ALL our family arrows that need it... Winter, after season is a great time to do all this. Enjoy.

i just use the nap quickfletch with the quikspin speed hunters and so far they are working great... i guess you could call that fletching your own arrows

I don't have vanes in the U.C. yet.

Been fletching my own for years with a JoJan multi-fletcher

I have always enjoyed fletching my own arrows. I use a multi- fletcher, and have been doing my own for 25 years or more.

Sure do, I enjoy it. I find it relaxing.
