Smile Carbon arrow help

Really quick question to all. I currently shoot a BEAR Avalanche that I have had for a number of years, just love it. For the many years that I have been shooting, I have used aluminum arrows, on the average 2216, but I am looking into going to carbon arrows. Looking at the different graphs and so forth, I got really confused on what size to use! I see 300, 330, blah, blah, blah, but still confused. Also have a Whisker Biscuit-Trophy Ridge (large) just mounted on there this last Christmas. My main game animals are elk and mule deer. So if someone can help me with what size carbon to use, would greatly appreciate it. Or even show a site that makes it easy to understand. Thanks all!!

Whats your draw weight and draw length? Need to know that before determining spine. Someone correct me if im wong but isn't 2216 aluminum close to a 400 in carbon?
