Default FOC/Arrow Length Question

I know this subject has been beaten to death so sorry for asking what is probably a dumb question but, I looked back through alot of old threads reguarding FOC and arrow length and I'm still not 100%. What would would the FOC be on a 28 inch 350 CX maxima with 100 grain BH if I was shooting 68bls ?? Is this a good setup? I'm about to buy new arrows either the same CX maxima 350's I've been shooting or the Easton ACC prohunters .340 and not sure what length to cut them. Thanks for the help!!

This is a good FOC calculator.

You will need the weights of your components from the Carbon Express website:

http://www.carbonexpressarrows.com/c...Components.pdf

When I did it, I got 10.1%. This is fine but you could use little more FOC in a perfect world.

On my last batch of .340 spined ACC's, I added the PDP insert and a 20 grain insert weight to bring FOC to exactly 12%

Geronimo, if you look at the Easton Website they have all the weights for each shaft to include x-nocks, HIT inserts and vanes.
