These are my preferences but it really should depend on what you feel comfortable with... Some People like drop aways and some like basic rest, others like fixed pin sights and some like one pin adjustment... Same goes for the release.. Look at the different types/models/brands and see what you may like and go with that because your going to get 100 different answers on here..
