Default Show off my new Carbon Matrix

After a couple of weeks of the bow sitting, waiting for everything to come in for it, I finally got to shoot my new Carbon Matrix tonight. I am not going to go on and on about how good this bow feels (but I could), you just have to shoot one for yourself.

She is setup with Vapor Trail strings and Limb Driver (first time using it and WOW), and just a cheap Trophy Ridge stab for right now (but she don't need much). I have the new Viper 1 pin slider and a the new Black Gold slider on order, will decide later which of those I like best.

8th shot of her tonight resulted in a busted up Axis. I can honestly say this bow makes me a better shot.

She is set at 71lbs, 28 1/2" dl, shooting a 28 1/4" Axis 340 (418 grains) and I am getting right at 284fps of it.

Anyways, here are the pics, like I said I just wanted to show her off.

Saw/shot one at the shop I go to and they are pretty amazing bows. Definitely an eye catcher too. Congrats on the new rig!

Nice looking bow, glad to see you love it. On a side note, got to love the Vapor Trail Limb Driver.

Congrats on the new bow. They are sweet. I see you got your hands on a shop demo. If you don't mind, how much did they knock off retail for the demo?

I hope Hoyt continues with the design and tweaks it to perfection. Hopefully the price will come down some too. I like the looks of the bow and I'm sure it is a Shooter.

the local hoyt dealer got one in a couple weeks back and i went up there this last weekend to shoot it. amazing is the only word that can describe it. but when i looked at the price tag i put it right back on the wall. he wanted 1200 for it. i thought he was freaking crazy. hopefully the price goes way down
