How many days a year do you guys hunt deer? I used to hunt 35-40 days but usually only hunt about 20-25 now.

I' m fortunate enough to have a place to hunt on only 5 miles away from where I work,so last year,counting Bow,Muzzleloader and shotgun season I got out 49 times.(Some were as short as 1 hour,but still count)Hope to get out more this year!!!

From oct. 1 thru feb, As much as I can, 3 to 4 times a week, If I had no children, every day![:-]

I hunt on average 3 to 4 days a week October thru January during the deer seasons since I only work a few miles from where I hunt and I work the sweet hours of 6am to 2 pm. But during spring Gobbler season here in PA I can only hunt on saturdays, But once my buddy and I figured it out and we hunt somewhere close to 6 months of the year, The other 6 we are driving our wives nuts preparing our equipment and practicing to hunt. But for some reason they still love us.

9 days bow hunting, 4 days rifle, 7 days muzzleloading = 20 days If only I could hunt on work days. I would have been in the 50s.

For the past 3 or 4 years I' ve gotten in 55-60 days or parts of days. A boy can never have too much fun.[8D] All bowhunting.

I try to get out 3-4 times a week from september to January. Sometimes its only 2-3 hours, other times its 5-6 hours.....anytime spent in the woods is quality time to me

I hunt 3 - 4 times per week from Oct 1 to Jan 15. Im lucky enough to get off work at 3:30 in the afternoon and can be in a tree stand by 4:00 to 4:15 and hunt till dark.

I,m guessing somewhere around 60 days total between Middle of September to the end of January, plus another 10 or twelve days of hog hunting through out the rest of the year.

My perfect season would be, to hunt 3 days out of our 3 month season, and to tag out with my 3 buck tags.

That would be quite a testament to the 50 -60 days I spend scouting throughout the whole year.

But on the average I hunt about 10-15 days to fill those tags.
