My only regret is letting a 350 Lb hog walk. I came to full draw and put the pin on him only to slowly release and let him walk. In hopes A good buck would show. One did not and I got a ton of crap telling the story later. I will not make that mistake next time.

hmmm...not planning to be home to hunt in the fall since last March was a mistake as i got laid off early and was home a day or 2 prior to the opener and had the entire season to hunt as hard as i wanted....
that meant no scouting...no new land...didnt take my bow to shoot...
got home and got the bow out and got shooting...luckily all went well...i was in the stand the 2nd saturday or so of the season...
i killed the first deer i seen...most might consider that a mistake....not me...hes my 2nd bow kill and nicest buck so far...no way i was passing him...noone else killed a buck at camp this year and we only got 3 at home in rifle and bow season...buck numbers were down this year at home...so no regrets other than planning on not being home and not being prepared...
