Rest for my new Z7

I'm getting ready to buy a Mathews Z7 and I need sugestions for a rest to put on it. Give me pros and cons of your favorite rest.

QAD Ultra rest, pros: quiet, easy assembly and mounting, reliability, fast drop away, arrow will never come out of the rest

I agree with wis_rifle_hunter, I have the QAD Pro on my Z7, I also like the RipCord I have it on my Switchback XT
