Default Cut beans or Cut corn?

Heading back to West central Illinois the day after Christmas and staying for a week. I have never bow hunted this late before in Illinois. Do the deer favor one over the other? Cut beans or cut corn?
Also how are the hunts in the morning this time of the year? Alot of my stands are setup on travel routes for the rut. Thanks for any helpful tips.

Beans, hands down. It's not even close around here. I much prefer evenings in the late season.

Corn and evening hunts. I am seeing a bunch of deer in the cut corn every evening around here. Good luck!

You don't have turnips oh well I'll take corn for a $1000. Evening hunts are golden late season. Don't bother freezing in the mornin. Find their bedding and the travel route, DON'T set your stand on the edge of the field. Set it back 100-200 yds and catch the bruisers off guard waiting for the sun to fall. Good luck. I still say turnips!!!!

Corn would be the choice here in Iowa.

IF the soybeans were standing.... they'd beat out everything in he area.... however, once they are cut they are pretty much useless, especially with cut corn in the area. Concentrate you hunts on the corn and this late in the season, EVENING hunts easily get the nod. Good luck to ya
