Well I took my last roast out today tossed it in soem water with some italin seasoning, garlic powder, salt and slow cooked it till it broke up. Then some sweet baby rays bbq sauce. Must have been a a deer god broke the mold on. It tasted perfect. I even checked the oven to make sure the beef roast was not there. No bad game taste or anything. It was perfect.It held some of the juice and kind of made the bbq sauce lip smacken good. Not sure I want to make the scraps into sausage. I think if I do not get one this will be a good batch to end the year on. Simple easy but dam good.
